Lisa Sharpe has served her hometown of Hopewell since 1998 when she joined the John Randolph Foundation to direct the grant, scholarship and development programs. For the past 11 years she has served as Executive Director. She began her career in non-profit management in 1990 with Mary Washington Hospital Foundation in Fredericksburg.  During her 8 ½ years there she rose in ranks to become its Executive Director. Her chief responsibilities included fund development for Mary Washington Hospital and the establishment and management of the Mary Washington Hospital Foundation Community Service Fund.

Katie A. Clark

Katie Clark joined the Foundation in November 2017 as Scholarship Administrator. She assists the Scholarship Program Officer, Bonnie Falls with scholarships and educator award programs. She was born at MCV hospital in Richmond Virginia and lived in Hopewell until she was 7 before she and her family moved to North Carolina. Years later Katie and her husband moved back to Prince George, Virginia where they have now been for 12 years. Before joining the Foundation, Katie was Operations Manager at AmeriGas Propane. She has been in management for over 15 years and decided she wanted a career change. Katie has always had a passion for being involved with anything in relation to giving back and helping others achieve their goals.

Bonnie G. Falls

Bonnie Falls joined the Foundation in October of 2007 as the Scholarship Program Officer.  In this role, she oversees the Foundation’s scholarship and educator award programs. In addition, Bonnie works directly with current and prospective donors to meet their philanthropic goals through establishing scholarship and award funds at John Randolph Foundation. She is also responsible for marketing and fundraising events associated with her program area. Before joining the Foundation, Bonnie was the Public Affairs Manager for the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond where she was employed for over 15 years.

Kevin S. Foster

Kevin Foster joined the Foundation staff in March 2016 as Director of Programs and oversees the Grants Program and Accounting/Finance. Kevin is a native of Prince George County and a former Trustee of John Randolph Foundation from 2007-2015. While on the Board of Trustees, he served on the Grants Committee, Scholarship Committees, and the Audit and Investment Advisory Committees as well as serving two years as Board President. Before joining the Foundation staff, Kevin was the Vice President of Finance and Information Technology for Bank of Southside Virginia. He is a certified public accountant.

Tammy E. McCollum

Tammy McCollum, a life-long resident of Hopewell, has served as the Foundation's Administrative Associate since 2007. Her prior work experience includes emergency room patient registration at John Randolph Medical Center, substitute teaching in Hopewell Schools, and ENT and pediatric medical office management. Her role encompasses a variety of duties from supporting the Executive Director and Board to assistance in the grant, scholarship, development, and youth development programs. She enjoys serving the community in which she lives and participating in events that give back to Hopewell and the Tri-Cities area.

Nancy S. Washabaugh

Nancy Washabaugh, a native of Staunton, Virginia, has lived and worked in the Chester/Hopewell area for many years. After 24 years, she retired from Evonik Corporation in Hopewell and spent several years enjoying her retirement experience. Feeling a need to become more involved in the community again, she joined the Foundation staff in 2013 on a part-time basis as Program Associate. In 2016, her position evolved into a full-time position. Her passion is working with and helping to serve those in the Tri-Cities area, assisting the Scholarship, Development and Youth Program Officers to create healthy communities and bright futures.

Kiffy M. Werkheiser

Kiffy Werkheiser joined the Foundation in 2015 as Development Program Officer and manages the Foundation’s non-scholarship fundraising activities, marketing, and endowments program. Kiffy calls Hopewell her hometown and is passionate about helping the area to thrive. Prior to joining the team, Kiffy was Director of Donor Relations for James House, Director of Operations for the Phoenix Project, and an adjunct faculty member at the University of Richmond and Virginia Commonwealth University.
