Apply for a Trudy Bogese Campership!
November 15, 2017
Applications are now online and are due March 1, 2018. Click here to begin.
Summer camp scholarships, called “camperships”, are made possible by the Trudy Bogese Endowment for Youth Development which inspires area youth to recognize and reach their full potential by enabling them to attend the summer camp or instructional program of their choosing.
For the 2017-2018 academic year, students from Prince George County’s J.E.J. Moore Middle School, N.B. Clements Junior High School, Prince George High School, and Appomattox Regional Governor’s School (if attending in a Prince George slot) are eligible to apply. Please submit only one application per student. Students may apply to any program, class, or camp as long as it occurs during the summer of 2018. Camperships are paid directly to the program and only to the program for which you apply. The number of camperships to be awarded this application cycle is yet to be determined. The maximum amount of an award is $1,000. A stipend may be available to assist with transporting a student to the selected camp.
