Bright Futures Club: “Giving Is So Easy!”

Four years ago, John Randolph Foundation created the Bright Futures Club and invited donors to make recurring gifts by using a new automated debit service. We had no idea this service would become as popular as it has and we’ve tried to determine why. As one member of the Bright Futures Club said, “Giving is so easy this way!”

It’s that simple.

As a Bright Futures Club member, you may give a monthly gift of any amount, and it will automatically be debited from your checking or savings account. You may designate your gift to a specific fund or scholarship, or you may designate it as unrestricted.

You may give in honor or in memory of someone you love. One donor whose gift is in memory of her grandmother said, “Seeing my Grandma Mary’s name on my bank statement brings a smile to my face.”

If you’d prefer to make your monthly gift by writing a check, well that’s fine, too.

Why I Became a Bright Futures Club Member

My husband Mark and I recently became Bright Futures Club Members. Our decision was based on the convenience of monthly withdrawals from our bank account and the ability to donate to any of JRF’s various funds. We know our donation will continue to grow and have a much greater impact on our community. Giving back is very important to us and our community. As Mahatma Gandhi once said, “Be the change you want to see in the world.”  Change begins with you and me.
