Reach Out for Life is committed to the early detection of breast cancer through education and diagnostic services. The organization builds awareness of the need for annual mammograms and provides free access to complete free breast health services for under-insured women and those with limited income. The program is open to women of every age, ethnicity, citizenship or health status. Every year, Reach Out for Life helps hundreds of women in 10 counties and five cities in Central Virginia.

John Randolph Foundation began funding Reach Out for Life in 2016 and has provided grant funding of $100,000. In addition, JRF provides office space in Hopewell, saving more than $12,000 a year for the organization.
