With branches in Hopewell, Burrowsville, Carson, Dinwiddie, Disputanta, McKenney and Prince George, the Appomattox Regional Library System (ARLS) provides services and programs for residents of all ages through traditional library resources and emerging technology. The JRF Mission fund has supported ARLS since 1996 with grants exceeding $202 million and have assisted the library with IT infrastructure upgrades, general operations, and assistance to other non-profits through Southside Community Partners and the Non-Profit resource center. Additionally, JRF has awarded general operating grants of more than $238k from the ARLS Endowment since 2008.
